Cherell specializes in office and industrial commercial real estate. She has worked with local and national companies on a variety of transactions, from Class A office build-to-suit projects to specialized manufacturing and distribution leases. She has helped startup companies find their first location, assisted companies in building their corporate headquarters, and worked with national corporations to expand and relocate.

In addition to a wide range of commercial industry experience, Cherell brings a diverse business background to Align. She received her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Utah and has two decades of corporate experience in strategic planning, marketing, sales, financial analysis, and project management. This experience makes Cherell an invaluable resource to her clients as she has the perspective to understand the challenges business owners face and how important real estate decisions are to their success. She has developed a highly collaborative approach to addressing client goals and has become a trusted advisor to many.

In her free time, Cherell enjoys cycling, trail running, skate skiing, and spending time in the mountains with her family whenever possible. She is a passionate supporter of The Children’s Center Utah and enjoys coaching & mentoring young cyclists.
