Not only did I receive professional service from Ryan, but he addressed many issues that I needed help with involving complicated Trust issues. He thought of many things well in advance & had them taken care of so that everything went smoothly. He also had many connections like a cleaning crew or asbestos removal that made everything continue without interruption. When everything was settled and done, I felt like it went smoothly and fairly for all parties involved. I also would consider Ryan a friend not just my Realtor.

Joilyn was wonderful. We were dealing with the passing of our father and having to put his condo on the market. No one who lived locally wanted to deal with it (being exhausted from dealing with the last months of dad’s life). The brother who ended up handling everything lived a couple of thousand miles away.
