Meet Mindy Ackerman

Mindy has two decades of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in industrial, lab, and manufacturing properties. Her career began in 2005 with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) and later Commerce CRG (Cushman & Wakefield).  She built a successful independent practice representing clients with national and local reach alike. She later joined JLL’s industrial division, where she retained and expanded key agency and tenant relationships.

 

To further her market presence, Mindy acquired her Associate Broker license in 2019. With expertise and familiarity with Salt Lake’s industrial market, Mindy has the tools and knowledge to help her clients in all aspects of a real estate transaction. Mindy enjoys working with owners, maintaining existing landlord and tenant relationships, and securing new qualified tenants. Conversely, Mindy has connections with tenants, helping them manage real estate needs as their business evolves.

 

Mindy is now part of Align Complete Real Estate Services, a full-service boutique brokerage focused on long-term client relationships and customized strategies. Align serves clients across a wide range of asset types and portfolio structures, allowing Mindy to deliver thoughtful, relationship-driven solutions tailored to each client’s unique goals.

 

Outside of real estate, Mindy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, camping, and supporting the University of Utah—especially its athletic programs.
