Meet Jonah Hornsby, CCIM

Jonah Hornsby is a veteran commercial real estate investor and developer with over 20 years of industry experience and a track record that reflects both depth and diversity in the field. Over the course of his career, Jonah has completed more than $500,000,000 in commercial real estate transactions as an agent, investor, and developer.

 

Jonah is the Owner and Managing Director of Align Complete Real Estate Services, a boutique real estate brokerage and advisory firm that specializes in comprehensive real estate solutions. Align has established a reputation for delivering strategic, full-spectrum services to Buyers, Sellers, Investors, Developers, and property owners across the region.

 

Jonah currently owns and operates a portfolio exceeding $60 million in value, spanning various asset classes and market sectors under his holding company, Firebeam Holdings, a company created to unify and elevate his diverse real estate portfolio under one strategic umbrella. Jonah also owns and operates CRITERIA, a Real Estate Development company.

 

With extensive hands-on experience in all facets of commercial real estate—including capital placement, acquisitions and dispositions, asset management, entitlement and due diligence, and complex debt structuring—Jonah brings a multidisciplinary approach to every project he undertakes. His well-rounded expertise and commitment to excellence have earned him numerous accolades, including Top Producer honors, CCIM Institute Graduate, Salt Lake Board of REALTOR® 500 Award (multiple years), REALTOR® Platinum Hall of Fame, CCIM Specialty Broker of the Year (2021), and CCIM Multidisciplinary Broker of the Year (2023).

 

Beyond real estate, Jonah is a passionate enthusiast of the culinary arts, a guitarist in a punk band, and an avid explorer of wine country. Jonah lives in Salt Lake City, UT, where he enjoys life with his wife, two children, and two dogs.
