Jody specializes in investment sales, industrial assets, and multifamily opportunities. She is known for sourcing high-value, off-market opportunities through intentional prospecting and direct outreach. More than half of her transactions are secured off-market, and in the past ten years, she has closed over $109 million in volume through strategic cold-calling efforts.
