Andy Wheeler
Andy focuses on tenant and buyer representation in the industrial real estate market, specializing in the leasing and sale of distribution and manufacturing facilities and the development of industrial land within the Utah marketplace and across the United States through the SIOR network. Andy is a detail-oriented individual who prides himself on client reporting and follow-up, while his expertise in financial analysis brings value-added services to his clients.
Experience
Andy began his commercial real estate career in 2004. Prior to that, he spent 7 years as Principal and Owner of Penumbra, a Business Development Firm in Grand Haven, Michigan, as well as 5 years as Controller and Benefit Manager for Greenville Tool and Die Company in Greenville, Michigan.
Education
Andy received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Alma College in Alma, Michigan.
